Good morning, Springfield High! Today is Tuesday, April 22nd
Senators show perseverance by having the mindset to face challenges with determination. Positive self-talk can be a powerful tool to help you to persevere through tough times and pursue difficult tasks. Choose a phrase like “Keep going” or “I can do this” and repeat this to yourself when faced with a challenge. Great athletes like Serena Williams as well as the genius Albert Einstein all maintained that a positive mindset was a factor behind their success. If it worked for them, it can work for you!
